Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy

At WagALotBowWow, your satisfaction is our top priority! If something doesn’t look right with your order, please get in touch with us at infowagalotbowwow@gmail.com, and we will do our best to make it right.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Shipping & Address Errors

  • Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided by the customer is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed (if applicable).
  • Refused / Return to Sender: If an order is refused or returned to sender, both the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost will be charged. No exceptions.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse.
  • Wrong Size or Color: WagALotBowWow is not responsible for orders placed with the wrong size or color. Reprints may be arranged for a small fee plus shipping costs.
  • Print-on-Demand Products: These items are custom-made upon order. A 0.5" variation in print placement is considered acceptable and not a defect. Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.
  • Custom Items: Products featuring your images cannot be returned. We provide mock-ups for approval before printing. Once approved, no refunds will be issued.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email infowagalotbowwow@gmail.com with photos of the item and a description of the issue.  

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, clean, free of pet hair, and in their original packaging. Items that are used, dirty, or damaged—or missing original packaging—will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it should be expected within 2–3 weeks of returning your package. This timeline includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach us
  • 3–5 business days for us to process the return
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transaction

Donations

If your order included a charitable donation and you qualify for a refund, only the product cost will be refunded. Donations are considered irrevocable gifts and are not refundable.
